We take great care in ensuring that all images accurately represent the quality, color, and design of our items. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Rest assured, we prioritize delivering products that meet your expectations.
You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the “Order History” section where you can find and download your receipt. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to the confirmation email we sent you. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Returning an item is easy! You can initiate a return within 72 hours of delivery through your account. Simply go to your order history, select the item, and choose the “Return” option. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality assurance team at the warehouse.

Cancellation
- Please note that order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. After that, your order will start processing and may not be able to be changed.
- To make changes to or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly with your order number.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for your refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary based on payment method and bank procedures.
Refunds will be returned to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds for transactions made through payment gateways or digital wallets will be credited to the original payment method.
Breakage
We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives broken, please follow these steps:
- Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help us assess the damage and process your claim quickly.
