This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item, cancel your order, and receive a refund.
Please note: This policy applies only to online purchases made through elegencecraft.com. We do not maintain a physical store and cannot accept returns in person.
Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for most of our products, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Products that are incorrect (different size, color, or item than what you ordered).
- Products with manufacturing defects.
- The return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Returning an item is easy! You can initiate a return within 72 hours of delivery through your account. You can easily initiate a return by going to your order history, selecting the item, and choosing the “Return” option. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products labeled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Items missing original packaging or tags.
- Items with damage caused by misuse.

Cancellation
- Please note that order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. After that, your order will start processing and may not be able to be changed.
- To make changes to or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly with your order number.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for your refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary based on payment method and bank procedures.
Refunds will be returned to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds for transactions made through payment gateways or digital wallets will be credited to the original payment method.
Breakage
We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives broken, please follow these steps:
- Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help us assess the damage and process your claim quickly.
- Contact us immediately through our “Contact Us” page or by emailing info@elegencecraft.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the attached photos.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.
